Sandringham College students have had an amazing time in Bali. Such a great opportunity for students to speak Indonesian and visit another culture. I’m sure there will be many stories to tell on their return. Thanks to Mrs Russell and Mr McGowan for accompanying the students on a fantastic adventure.
Great excursion to Safari Park today. Saw a native animal show, a very entertaining elephant show, went on a safari ride through the open range zoo and then watched a fabulous Balinese ‘ opera’. We finished the day with some fun on the water slides and rides in the fun park. Very tired by dinner time but managed to find a lovely Balinese place to eat(and it even had AFL playing!!!)
Sandringham College students visited Tampak Siring Temple, known also as the Holy Water Temple. Local residents use it as a place to melt all the bad influences of the body and purify the soul and mind.
