Food Technology is a popular class at Sandringham College for many International students. Currently this year, there are thirty students from countries such as Japan, China, Germany, Brazil and Vietnam. Students have the opportunity to enjoy the Australian culture via food and share knowledge of their country’s cuisine with their fellow students. Many International students do not have the opportunity in their home countries to study food and nutrition in school. We are lucky again to have students from the Nikon Fukushi School in Japan this term.
